Apple and Cinnamon Granola

I love granola. I’m going through one of my well known phases and I can’t seem to get enough granola with natural yoghurt on for breakfast. I’m allergic to nuts so have to spend ages down the cereal aisle reading all the ingredients of the granola’s they have.

Orange Buttermilk Scones

I’m very happy and excitable today. Just when I was losing all hope of ever not having to watch every penny in my bank account, my mum phoned to tell me I had a cheque from the tax man. (She doesn’t just open my post BTW, I told her to when she said I had…

Raspberry & Oat Scones

A bit like bread, I absolutely love baking (and eating) scones. I can’t think of anything better to start the day off. I love plain scones with jam and clotted cream, but I don’t have clotted cream in the house everyday. Instead, and I know you may be screaming at your computer screens when I…

Strawberry and Yoghurt Scones

Saw a picture of these on pinterest and decided to make my own version with strawberry and yoghurt. Turned out very well and are really yummy. Can’t wait to have these for breakfast!
