The first thing that we are going to suggest is that you get a new wardrobe. It may very well be the case that you dress the way you think you should, rather than the way you want to. The issue here is that you are never going to be able to feel completely comfortable in these clothes, meaning that you’re never going to feel confident. Make sure that your wardrobe is filled with the kind of clothes that you like and that make you feel good when you wear them. It doesn’t matter what anyone else says, as long as you feel good in what you are wearing.

Or, if you would rather stick with the blacks and greys, that’s completely fine too. Another thing that we think you should do is smile more. Did you know that when you smile, not only are you more likely to feel happy, but the people around you are also going to pick up on this vibe from you. It makes you a more approachable person, and it makes you feel bright. If you want to feel confident, then you need to show the world a glowing smile as often as you can.
If you are someone who doesn’t necessarily like or feel comfortable with their smile, there are some things that you can do to change this. The first is that you should try brushing your teeth more to get them in a better condition. Makeup May Help
It may be the case that you’re not a huge fan of wearing makeup, and that is absolutely fine. You don’t have to do this if you don’t want to, but it may help. We’re not suggesting that you have to go all out and have your face caked in makeup, but a small smattering here and there isn’t going to hurt you. Just enough to accentuate your natural features while keeping your natural beauty intact should do the trick. Add some mascara and perhaps some gloss, and we bet that you will feel buckets more confident.
It’s not even about the fact that you’re wearing makeup, it’s about the way that it makes you feel. You don’t look like a different person, you just look like a slightly more enhanced version of you, and there is nothing wrong with that. A lot of people feel far more confident when they are wearing some kind of makeup, and you may too!
Learn To Love Yourself
If you want to be confident, then you need to learn to love yourself no matter what. At the end of the day, the only person that you are ever going to be able to rely on for love 100% is yourself. If you can’t look in the mirror and find things that you like about yourself or things that you love, then you are never going to be able to get the confidence back that you are craving. We know that it isn’t the easiest of things to do, but the best way to achieve this is to ignore the opinions of others. Don’t worry about what they say, worry about how you feel. Confidence is about how you feel on the inside, and worst comes to worst, you can always try to fake it until you make it.
Skin Care!
The final thing that we’re going to mention to you is skincare. Your skin is one of the areas that a lot of people struggle with due to spots and blemishes. First of all, these are not bad things. Everyone gets them, they are completely normal. But, you can avoid getting them as much as possible by implementing a skincare routine. You can find inspiration in a number of different places online if you don’t have a routine right now, and you should follow this at least once per day.
Taking care of your skin can make a huge difference, and your skin will be glowing sooner rather than later. You’re going to feel fierce when your skin is back on track, dragging up some of that confidence you thought you had lost a while ago.
