HAPPY FRIDAY!

Hi everyone. So sorry for the lack of posting this week. It seems the throwing myself into work mantra only worked for a week, then I just couldn’t focus and needed some time to myself. I tried to carry on last weekend with the baking, but as I wasn’t focusing it was just disastrous! Yup… even food bloggers have those hideous days in the kitchen when nothing goes right!

Anyway, next week is going to be pretty hectic, but I’m trying to get ahead on the blogging, so you’ll still get new recipes! 

I’m also dreading next week. It’s the funeral and I don’t know how we’re going to get through it. I have my dress and shoes sorted, so am trying to fill my days with other work to try and not think about it. The dress arriving kind of made it real. And talking about the arrangements for the day. Gosh, it’s going to be so tough.
