Lemon and Cranberry Scones

A bit like bread, I absolutely love making scones. I like experimenting with different flavours and can’t stop eating them! Today’s helping is lemon and cranberry. It works so well, you get a really good kick of each flavour when you bite into them.

A Sunday of Motorsport

You are all well aware that I absolutely love baking, in fact I’ve just put some Butterscotch Bars in the oven, but I also love motorsport. And today we have had a full day of British Touring car action from Oulton Park and this evening we have the Formula 1 from Canada.

Honey Madeleines

Chorizo Risotto and A Kitchen Update

I now have a green kitchen! Those of you who know me will know that lime green/any fresh shade of green are my favourite colours. If it were up to me, I’d have lime green everywhere, but since someone else has to live in the house, I have to tone it down a bit πŸ˜›

Today I have been painting πŸ™‚ The office is now a nice pale blue. Even though I wanted grey, B&Q; didn’t have the colour I chose, so I let the other half choose the colour and it looked grey/blue on the label, but it’s blue.
