The Pretty Pintastic Party #150

HEY GUYS!

Welcome to this week’s Pretty Pintastic Party! I can’t believe it’s April tomorrow! This month has been really hard, but has also gone by pretty fast.

So… it feels like the vets has become our second home right now. Either I’m on the phone to them, ordering medication or we are there with Poppy again. This week we finally feel as though we may have her medication right though! I am crossing everything that we do, because she is bright, happy and almost back to normal AND sleeping through the night.

So, we haven’t been zombies this week coping on 3 hours of broken sleep! Our vet is in agreement with us that she is happy right now, can still walk and go to the loo, so we’re going to carry on with her meds while she’s at this stage. Obviously we know we are going to lose her at some stage, but right now we are enjoying her as much as possible and making sure she has the best life possible.

The house is now covered in rugs and towels as we have all tiled/wood floors and she cannot get grip on them, it looks kind of messy, but if it means she doesn’t slip over I don’t mind. Fingers crossed she continues getting stronger and I might even be able to get back in the kitchen next week!
