I can’t believe it’s February on Monday! We are already a whole month into 2016! WOW. 

This week has definitely been… full on for me! So, over the weekend I’m really looking forward to some down time and sticking my head in a book! As much as I love going out and doing things at the weekend, sometimes it’s lovely to have a quiet one. Not much beats a pyjama day on a Sunday! And a bowl of warm porridge, while watching Food Network? Bliss.

Anyway, I really hope you all have a lovely weekend whatever it is that you’re up to and I’ll be back with new recipes next week!
