The Pretty Pintastic Party #102

HAPPY FRIDAY!

How has your week been? We’ve finally had some Spring weather in the UK this week… Although, now we’re being told it’s going to get colder over the weekend again and may possibly snow on Sunday!!

SNOW!? It’s April!! I just bought a gorgeous Spring trench coat and now it’s going to snow. What is up with this weather?! I thought it was safe to put my Winter clothes away! 

Anyway,, it’s definitely been Spring in my kitchen! I’ve been baking Carrot Cupcakes, Blueberry Sugar Cookie Bars and seriously craving Strawberry and Mango smoothies. (recipe coming soon!). We are just about to get into hardcore berry season here and I cannot wait!! The strawberries are getting sweeter and it’s most definitely my favourite time of year.

I also find berries sooooo pretty to photograph; the way the light hits them, their shape, colour… so beautiful! 

I’m off to bake some more Spring recipes, so have fun partying with us this week!
