The Pretty Pintastic Party #89

22.1.16 By Annie N

WELCOME TO THE PRETTY PINTASTIC PARTY!

Happy Friday! It’s time for The Pretty Pintastic Party again! How has your week been? I have been getting started on Valentine’s Day bakes! There will be lots of Red Velvet, chocolate and all things pink in the next few weeks, so stay tuned!

You might remember from last year, but we are not huge on Valentine’s Day here. I tell Mr AN I love him everyday, so I don’t need a special day to tell him… However, now I absolutely cannot forget Valentine’s Day because last year Mr AN proposed!

He has already told me that he can’t top last year, but that’s OK. I’m looking forward to just spending time with him. I always thought that my fiancé would propose on some random day, so the fact that he did it on Valentine’s Day did actually shock me. Haha, he wanted shock value and he got it! He also said he asked then so he would remember the date… So romantic!

Do you want to know something though? We still have absolutely no concrete plans for our wedding. Whoops… I mean we have spoken about what we want and we agree on what we want and I started to stick all my ideas down in a special book… And I sort of did a budget. And I’m definitely saving for it…. But we just haven’t actually booked it. I think we are both telling ourselves “Oh, it’s fine, it’s ages away yet” (Feb 2018), but I have a funny feeling it will creep up super fast! I mean, how quickly is January going!? I can’t believe it’s the 22nd already!

It’s strange actually because I’m usually such an organised person… Anyway have fun at this week’s Pretty Pintastic Party, we can’t way to see what you’ve been making!
