The Pretty Pintastic Party #83

HELLO FRIENDS!

AND hello December! How has your week been? I feel like now it’s December I’m officially allowed to go Christmas crazy.

You see, Mr Annie’s Noms and my Dad are of the mindset that Christmas is a one day event and don’t even want to talk about it until around the 15th. They would both probably have rolled their eyes at me when I was sat writing Christmas recipe ideas down the other day!

I guess some of us are excited by it all and some aren’t. It’s probably a good thing I have a creative job, so that I can put all my festive energy into that rather than throwing pretty lights, tinsel and glitter around every room in the house.

We have come to a compromise on when to get the tree though. Since we have a real one, I want it to look great come Christmas morning, so I don’t mind waiting until around the 10th-15th. In a perfect world it would be up now, but I will never want an artificial tree, so I’m sure that pleases the Mr, that he gets a few more weeks of the house not being festive chaos!
